Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping rates include curbside delivery within the United States only. If you would like to inquire about shipping outside the United States, please contact us at Support@MatildaMacleod.shop.
Most of our styles are in stock and ready to ship. Standard shipping methods usually arrive within 7-12 business days.
Our standard shipping rates are 9% - 18%, depending on the size of the order. Standard shipping methods ship via small package carriers (UPS) or our shipping partners, depending on the size of the order.
Home delivery available
Want home delivery or delivery to your home or business? We offer white glove delivery services for eligible orders. Home delivery services include: placing the item at your designated location, assembling the product (if you choose), and clearing the shipping materials and packaging.
What should I pay attention to for home delivery?
Our team will coordinate with you (the buyer) and our shipping partners 2 - 5 business days in advance to determine the best delivery time. Delivery times are: Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm. Delivery time for home delivery is 10 - 15 days after purchase.

Cancellation policy before order is shipped
Please note that when you place an order with Matilda Macleod, Shopify will charge a processing fee as soon as the customer creates the order. If you need to cancel the order before it is shipped, you will be charged a processing fee.

What is Matilda Macleod's return policy?
At Matilda Macleod, we are confident in our products and want you to have a pleasant experience every time you shop with us. If you are not satisfied in any way, we will do our best to resolve the issue for you. Please note the following when returning items:
Returns must be in the original packaging and the product must be in its original condition.
Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt or purchase, whichever is later.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Your refund will be reduced by a restocking fee equal to 20% of the total purchase price.
Items exchanged within 10 days of receipt are waived for restocking fees.
If the order value is over $5,000, the restocking fee is reduced to 15%.
Returns will be refunded in the same form as the original payment.
Returns are not accepted outside the United States.
Please be sure to retain the original packaging materials, receipt, and all product tags for returns and exchanges.
For eligible items, exchanges, credits, or refunds require proof of purchase and payment of applicable taxes in accordance with applicable state law. For your convenience, we accept proof of purchase below. Please retain all original packaging from the time of shipment. We will not accept returns if the item is not in its original packaging or if you purchased it more than 30 days ago.
